700 SF single story residential addition and existing residence remodel. The entire existing residence was gutted and all roof framing was replaced which resulted in a virtually new residnce.

Carefully placed windows to maintain privacy while visually taking in the landscape.

Although the entire home was remodelled it was important to maintain the existing character of the exterior, neighborhood, and scale.

The horizontal extension accommodated a new larger Kitchen, Dining Room, Study, Master Bedroom Suite, a screened Porch, and Deck all while carefully encompassing existing 18" and 24" oak trees.
