The Owner chose (against my recommendation) to select a contractor who submitted a bid I felt was too low.  As a result many errors and sub par workmanship took place.  This required extensive construction administration on my part as well as my structural engineer to ensure proper execution.

This project was published in a text book and a professional journal.
