Minimalist modern home with Japanesque influences. 
An odd shaped narrow lot with little privacy led to a splayed J-shaped floor plan.  Rooms surround a private central courtyard.  Wood and slate tile floors over radiant heating through-out.  Windows were strategically placed for privacy which resulted in no view of any neighboring homes.

This project was featured in two Sunset Books, a Thailand book, and a featured episode on a television program.
